Toyota reported record sales in September led by Etios and Etios Liva

                      


New Delhi, Oct 1: A Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) sale in September has doubled with total units 12, 807 mainly led by India dedicated Etios and Etios Liva. TKM had sold 6,235 units during the same month a year ago. 

Speaking over the September sales performance, TKM deputy managing director (marketing) Sandeep Singh said, "We have registered a growth of 105 per cent in September sales. This growth can be attributed to the sales of Etios and Etios Liva clocking a total of 5,926 units." The flagship brands of Toyota Innova along with SUV Fortuner and Cimfortable Corolla have also contributed the growth in India market. 

He further said, "This is a positive sign for us at the onset of the festive season". 

The Etios and Etios Liva has seen overwhelming responce and recorded a sale of 2,951 units and 2,975 units respectively along with the Innova clocking 4,765 units. 

The Corolla Altis and Fortuner has also seen a good sale of 994 units and 1,078 units respectively
